we have agreed special rates for the period 20-22 November 2024 at the ibis Hannover Medical Park. The hotel is in 10 minutes walking distance from the conference venue. Booking conditions and links are as follows:

Please kindly note that room booking is only possible until 23rd October 2024. With the booking a contract between participant and ibis Hannover Medical Park is concluded. Each guest is a customer in the sense of the General Terms and Conditions of the ibis Hannover Medical Park and is liable for the rooms reserved but not used at the agreed gross room rate. The rooms reserved from the contingent and can be cancelled and changed free of charge until 23:59 to the day before arrival. Partial cancellation of single days are not permitted.
